Classification of Blocks

The society is classified into different kinds of Blocks offering a range of residential plots for sale. When the society was in the design process, the owner stressed the ease of small-scale investments, by this way the small-scale investors would also be able to secure the plot in society. Earlier the suggested name for this society was “Park View Villas”, but later it was finalized as “Park View City, Lahore”.

EXECUTIVE BLOCK

The first two lines of the block have 5 and 10 marla plots.  It’s a newly developed block so we won’t see many developed houses. Parallel to TOPAZ is the executive block. It has the categories of 5 & 10 marla plots.

JADE Block

Entering from the gate on the left the first block is the first prime block named as JADE block. The mosque in JADE Block is Masjid Al Raheem, which is beautiful and built on modern Islamic Architecture. The color for the mosque exterior is beige colored and goes with the environment. 10 Marla plots start right after entering the JADE block. Going through the block you will see plots of 10 Marlas on both sides and right after a park on the right side, there will be a road leading to the JASMINE block. There are 2 Parks in the JADE Block. This block was launched back in January 2021 and is mainly popular due to easy access to broadway commercials. This block has two main roads which are 80 feet wide. It has 5 marla and 10 marla plots available which are best suited for future investment. This block has all the main facilities of parks, mosques, electricity and the prices are comparatively low in this block.

SAPPHIRE BLOCK

When you exit JASMINE block there is a park and a small zoo, and then comes the main Boulevard First Roundabout of Park View City Lahore. This is the main hub and commercial area of society. Right behind the main Commercial Hub, the first main roundabout comes the SAPPHIRE block. This block has 5 Marla residential plots available for sale and the houses are of 5 Marla area. This block is among the old blocks which were developed in 2005 and the roads here are 30 feet carpeted. There is a graveyard on the left side of the SAPPHIRE block. This block is among the newly developed blocks of the society and has 40 feet wide carpeted roads. This block has 5 & 10 marla category residential plots. It has a small block and has a really beautiful location. This block is known as the VIP block because of its best location.
